Hockey for the Heart is preparing for the second annual Hockey for the Heart Charity Tournament which will be held October 14^th through 16^th at the Plymouth Ice Center.  Last year’s inaugural event was a terrific success and we are expecting year two to be twice as nice!

Tourney Highlights:

·        Geared towards lower mid-tier adult rec teams (AHA C2, C3 and D1 - JMS level 3 & 4 caliber teams)

·        Unique and fun rules

o    Purchase OJ Simpson Get Out of Jail Free cards to nullify a minor penalty call

o    Purchase Gordon Bombay Instant Penalty Shot cards for each scheduled game

·        No game ends in a tie – if the score is even after 3 periods, a win is granted to the team that has raised the most donations

·        All proceeds will be donated to the Rasmussen Center for Cardiovascular Disease Prevention
